From Breton and living in Ireland thirteen years, Olivier Quenet is a director of La Maison des Gourmets in the city centre, is formerly of restaurant Patrick Guilbaud and is passionate about Irish people eating affordable freshly prepared local produce. All Olivier’s meat is sourced from the first organic butchers in Ireland O’ Tooles in Terenure.

Thoughtful touches by Chef Olivier Quenet include fresh white linen on the tables with cutlery wrapped in large linen glass cloths.
